With Soccer Athlete players enjoy a truly athletic experience that can be used immediately on the field of play. Sessions are led by professional coach Jason Kyle and take place weekly in the Train like an Athlete performance studio located at Rupert and First ave. Jason uses a methodology based on thousands of hours of coaching. Sessions include muscle preparation, body movement, neuromuscular strength and conditioning and developing angle awareness for speed development.
